Pumpkin Mania and through the end of the month… cute and affordable Costumes by Giddyup Designs!
Come in before Halloween with a gruesome decoration to add to the craze and get buy one get one on goodies from the case! But it better be good or we might string you up instead… Just kidding! (not really…)
To add to the pumpkin specials this week we tagged on pecan pie and it’s stealing the show! Yummy in my tummy.
Boo And Brew
The Bluebird District hosts the fifth annual Boo and Brew family friendly scare fest on Saturday October 29 from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m., allowing Colfax denizens to enjoy the tricks and treats of their favorite local haunts while strolling from Monroe to Elizabeth Streets.
From 1-4pm, fledgling vampires, witches, and zombies roam the street gathering sweets and treats at area restaurants and retailers. Highlights include made to order candy bars, professional photographs of the spooky young revelers, and an owl on bouncy stilts intent on photo-bombing a Kodak moment or two.
From 9pm – 2am, their “adult” counterparts lurch through the block party route, to the rhythms of awesomely scary live music and illuminated by the light of moon beams and Jack-o’-lanterns. They’ll dash through the “twitterpating” Twitter scavenger hunt, competing for exciting prizes awarded to the winning teams.
